Weekend Lobby Hours: On Saturdays & Sundays, our lobby will be closed — but don’t worry, our team will still be here caring for your pets! Pickup & drop-off on weekends will be by appointment only at 7:00 AM OR 6:00 PM to ensure our pets get our full attention! The lobby door will be locked otherwise so please be on time.       

Overnight Stay Requirements

-Current Vaccines: 

DHLPP, Bordetella, & Rabies for dogs

FVRCP & Rabies for cats

-Pets displaying extreme aggression or anxiety will not be permitted.
